SHIPWeb

Interoperable with the same data warehouse and covered by the same license as SHIP 7.5, SHIPWeb provides additional confidentiality and security. SHIPWeb runs on all Local Area Networks as well as Wide Area Networks. Clinicians can access clients information when the client visits other clinics. Allows staff access to another clinics data. Provides confidentiality and security. Staff access to Clinics, modules and client information will be given with a access level set by the Clinic Director/Systems Administrator.

A staff member logs onto SHIPWeb and enters their username and password. They are prompted with a list of clinics they have been given access to. The staff member selects a clinic and this will become the default clinic. SHIPWeb allows a clients information to be available to outreach clinics. If the user does not have access to a particular client or module they will not be able to proceed. SHIPWeb contains a client search module and a dropdown menu allowing the user to easily navigate from any module. A Power Point presentation is available on this website.
