Bridget Dickson![]() Bridget Dickson Bridget has extensive experience in designing database applications specific to the sexual health, family planning and HIV/AIDS industry. She has established business practices that allow the company to act as an integrated entity with centralised decision-making. Bridget started the Specialised Health Information Program (SHIP) in 1992 with the Gold Coast Sexual Health Clinic and has partnered with Queensland Health since 1996 to enhance and support the product. This strategy has played a critical role in the company's success in the international market-place. She has 12 years experience in Health Information programming and managing projects. With Bridget as CEO SHIP has been implemented in 64 clinics encompassing Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, Kuala Lumpur, Ireland and Barbados. Many of the installations were done remotely and Bridget has extensive experience training including Video conference training for Sexual Health and HIV/AIDS use of the system SHIP. In 1994 Bridget was presented with the South Coast Regional Health Authority Award for Quality for the implementation of SHIP and a Breast Screening program into the Gold Coast Hospital and in 1999 was awarded the Gold Award for excellence by the Department of Infectious Diseases, Infection Control and Sexual Health, Princess Alexandra Hospital. |
