Training and Support

 Caradata provides training and support for all users. Training can be tailored to meet individual clinic needs



Staff Training is beneficial for existing and new Users of SHIP, especially when you are upgrading to a new version.
Training programs can be tailored to suit the clinics requirements and the functionality of SHIP installed. There is also the option of Train the Trainer.  After attending the training session you will be up and running using SHIP. We will leave you with a User manual and Training power points, these can also be requested at any time. Afterwards, we will still be there to support you on the telephone and/or email support.

Support Included in the Annual Licensing fee:

  • Unlimited support via remote access (site dependent)
  • Unlimited email support from our Help Desk.
  • Unlimited support phone calls for a nominated Systems Administrator/s.
  • Fixes and yearly updates included.

CaraData provides a help desk through which all requests for assistance from the Clinics System Administrators are channeled. The help desk monitors and keeps a record of all emails and calls received.
